The book, "Kitab Ash-shifa bi ta'rif huquq al-Mustafa, (Healing by the recognition of the Rights of the Chosen one)" is perhaps the most frequently used and commented upon handbook in which the Prophet's life, his qualities and his miracles are described in every detail.
In the first of this 3 part series, Ustadh
Faisal will go through an explanation of some key aspects of the book
"As-Shifa" written by Qadi 'Iyaad.
He will then read and derive lessons from
selected passages.
Ustadh Faisal Matadar is the Executive Director of the world-renowned Qasid Institute in Amman, Jordan. He is an Arabic Language instructor at Brandeis University as well as the interim Muslim Chaplain at Harvard University.
This event is free and open to the public.
