My friend is moving from Boston and has an apartment to sublease in Brighton with 2-bedrooms + garage parking + all utilities included. The apartment is quite large for Boston at 1150 sqft, and the building has a gym, pool, and other amenities included. Rent would be negotiable. 

This is a great option considering that in Boston one would often have to pay 1 full month broker fee, last month rent, and security deposit in advance in addition to rent.
