Proposal for Adding @Sql Annotation to Enable SQL Reuse in Mapper Annotations

I am interested in contributing to the MyBatis project by introducing a new feature that enhances SQL statement reuse in mapper annotations. This proposal aims to discuss the feasibility and potential benefits of adding a new @Sql annotation for mappers, which would correspond to the existing <sql> feature in MyBatis XML configuration. I'm new in open source, Should I just send a PR after finished the code? Thank you all for reply
