MyAppSales not updating any more

MyAppSales (both on my device and in the simulator) doesn't seem to
find any reports.
Could it be having problems connecting to the iTC server?

I've checked and there are no outstanding contracts to agree.

Anyone else having this problem?

Yep... getting that same issue here. iOS 5.1 - downloads financial
reports that have been outstanding... always seems to be China,
Denmark, Sweden... and I get a blink of red (assuming this is an error
message) when it hits for Sales Reports.

Do you think something has changed Apple's end??

Obviously there was a change on the server side. Somebody needs to go in and make the appropriate fix.

Also the daily and weekly report downloading should be replaced with this: https://github.com/Cocoanetics/DTITCReportDownloader

Unfortunately I don't know when I will have time, so we're looking for somebody to do that, the project is open source after all.

I did not replace report downloading as mentioned above but I have
sent a pull request that includes a few new form variables and a
renamed form variable enable me to pull the daily updates for the past
few days.

FYI, weekly reports were not working today (using the mod that got
daily reports working again). I have made a change that pulled the
current weekly report but want to wait another week to test pulling
multiple weeks (I don't have an old database saved that is missing
more than one week). Next week's schedule is not friendly though, so
it may be a couple of weeks before I can submit another pull
request.

let me say - I appreciate this program very much. as a novice developer it's way beyond my ability to create something like this. but it's been nice to have to watch my couple of little apps make a small bit of money.

Anyway.... has anyone else noticed that the app has tried to download a monthly financial report for China ever since January of this year, and since March, Denmark & Sweden are doing the same thing?

Back in July I was able to modify it so Mexico, Switzerland, Norway
and New Zealand were properly downloaded by MAS.

I can fix the new regions, however I haven't been fortunate enough to
have any sales in any of the new regions to test.
So without an actual report from each region I'm just kind of guessing
at file names, abbreviations etc.

If someone wants to share a copy of their reports for each of the 2
new regions I can get them working.

OR <wink> <wink> even better, if someone in each of those new regions
would just buy a couple hundred copies of my apps, I would be okay
with that <grin>.

Actually if someone could just verify the following 2 letter
abbreviations are used by apple...I can get that fixed up.

China = CN
Denmark = DK
Sweden = SE

Yes. Sorry for the delay. I've been busy and just got back to it. I
figured I had 13 weeks before I started losing anything:-) I made a
few edits that have enabled me to pull weekly reports again and just
submitted a pull request.

how do you know what the region code is for new regions like India, Indonesia, Russia, Saudi Arabia, etc. ?

There seems to be many new regions lately.

The regions codes that apple uses are list in the latest version of the "iTunes Connect Developer Guide"    Appendix C.

I have updated my fork for the 8 new regions and added minimal iPhone 5 support.
I have sent a pull request a few days ago to the master,  but no action on that yet.

I'm still experiencing (every day) the app loading reports for: Israel, India, Indonesia, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, And United Arab Emirates. 

Are these the 8 new regions that were just added? Or different ones?

Apple probably changed the report format/event chain again. That requires some serious hacking, especially since MyAppSales already uses some hacks right now. I might have a look at it, but I'm totally swamped right now. For the time-being I'd suggest you sign up for AppAnnie.com or a similar service, they don'tload the report for you and allow to export them later. Then you can import them in MyAppSales later when/if it gets fixed.

I'm about to give up my usage of MyAppSales. Opening it and loading my database of 5 years of reports takes about a minute. If I don't use the passcode lock the app gets killed by iOS because it's unresponsive for too long. I looked into fixing that but a lot of other things broke when I moved things around in the event chain.

Like Alan, I love this app but don't have the skills to help fix it.
I've been trying AppAnnie but it's fiddly to use and it isn't possible
to change the currency. If nobody is willing or able to fix
MyAppSales, can anyone recommend a suitable replacement?
