I recently lost all of the data on my iPhone, but I was not worried because all of my data was backed up to iCloud. Unfortunately that does not appear to include MyAppSales. After the restore I am missing all of the apps that were not purchased from the AppStore. That includes all of my own apps plus MyAppSales. I reinstalled MyAppSales, but I am missing the last 2+years of data.

Oh, does iCloud only back up app store apps document data?

That seems to be the case. I had never tried a restore before, but it re-downloads all of the apps from the AppStore. For Apps that are not from the AppStore it should at least have restored the data. Ideally it should have backed up the app.
I have not been able to find much information, but I found the following post:
It looks like enterprise apps have the same problem because they are not available in the AppStore. This seems like a bug to me. Unless we find a solution I will file a bug report.
