The only problems is that the current version doesn't seem to work at present. When Oliver gets back from vacation later this month hopefully he will be able to add the updates people have been suggesting to make reviews and sales downloads work again.

Would it be possible for someone who has figured out what the problems are at present to make a pull request so Oliver can easily add that into the main trunk when he gets back?

I merged a pull request adding some new regions support by nglayton a few minutes ago.

Does anybody know if this also fixes the other issues?

I think the other issues are still unresolved.

In a new environment (iPhone simulator) all 107 financial reports available for me are downloaded, but none of the sales report.

This is the console log:

I can confirm that here all reports (financial including new countries, weekly and daily) are all downloading okay.

Still 16 compiler warnings. A few depricated methods, a few delegate methods not implemented and a few complaints about missing formats in call to NSException. Nothing serious.

And the icons of my apps are still wrong :-)

Running on the OS we must not speak of...
I'm getting Dailies and Weeklies now... icon(s) seemed fine this end.
Glad to have MyAppSales back! No more ITC again...

Confirm. Well for me the last update works perfectly.

Yep all worked here.

To get app icons to work, export all reports via settings/WLAN to your
computer, as well as apps.db.
delete MAS from phone, check out/update your MAS SVN local copy, and
build that to your devise as a new build. (at this point the app icons
should show up correct)

Then stop and close xcode, replace the apps.db in your local svn
directory with the one you exported from your device before you
deleted the MAS app in the previous step. then open and rebuild MAS to
devise. then turn on WLAN and import all the ZIP files for all the
reports back to the devise.

Well that worked for me ;)

I paid, a long time ago and don't regret it.

However nowhere it's mentioned on the My App Sales page on Cocoanetics with the donate button (http://www.cocoanetics.com/my-app-sales/) that the project is open source now and the texts of to the Released version still refer to "The update is in the trunk of the subversion repository."

So I understand people are a bit upset when they get a github link to an open source project they just bought. Okay, technically it's donate, but you don't tell them it's optional.
