Dear,
Below are the notes of the talk from Sze Ting, a great work!

Physical.
We need to care for our senses. Prevent over stimulation of senses.
Children will only develop the resistance for life, when they learn
the world is good and beautiful. They have a trust in the world and
divine.
Fever can change heredity condition. Do not suppress fever.

Life.
We must develop a good rhythm. There is a good rhythm in religious
life. You may pray 5 times a day, or just one time before sleep. Every
religion is different but prayer gives the body a peaceful moment, a
moment of connection to the spiritual life. We need to have prayer to
show the child since young that we are looking up (to the higher
world). The child will grow up learning there is this world above us.
However they may have the freedom to choose religion when they are
old
enough. When they are young we need to show them this. Like our
physical body, our thinking life needs to be healthy too. The health
of our spiritual life depends on our thinking. We need to think
good, healthy thinking will leads to a healthy thinking life.

Relationship.
Honesty is very important in a relationship.
We need to show loving interest in others for a good relationship. For
children when they do something wrong, we have to teach them to look
and work into the mistakes together with them. This is better than
punishing them. We need to respect others. We need to respect the
freedom of other human beings

Eye(I)
We need to integrate the positive and the negative of life. By doing
this we will be the master of our life and destiny. Our children will
learn this from parents if the parents are able to integrate the
goods
and faults of life. When they grow, they will learn to be master of
their own destiny.

Spiritual Orientation
Q&A
Computer, I pad, I Phone issues.
The parents cannot tell a child not to use these devices if the
parents themselves are always playing with the devices.

Honesty issue.
If you are not being honest, the child will sense it. Honesty starts
with self honesty. To practice honesty, before sleep every night,
think back through the day, when you are honest or when you are not
honest.

Vegetarian issue.
Every child is different, depends on the physical conditions. However,
a child should have a vegetarian diet in the first three years of
life, then the child will know by instinct if he is a vegetarian. But
if we provide meat from early years, the child will adapt and the
instinct will be lost. To look again back to the child’s diet, the
earliest food for the baby is mother’s milk, then later to cow’s milk…
if you compare the amount of protein in the mother’s milk and a
rabbit’s milk, the protein in the rabbit’s milk is very much higher.
The rabbit needs the protein to grow up quickly and then jump and run.
But if you look at the protein in the milk of the elephant, the
protein is very very little almost like the human’s milk. This means
that the little amount of protein is just enough for the gradual
growth of a baby over the time.
