Does anyone know how they did in MyMyanmar Unicode Internet version.
Everywhere in the windows can view myanmar script without the need to
change the display font in windows. I found that they used the
advantages of Uniscribe, font linking and font fallback mechanism. But
i don't know how they did it. And i heard about DirectWrite, the
feature of windows 7 and it look like support natively for myanmar
script. Hoping someone else can explain coz i believe many person want
to know the solution also.

Here are some links about DirectWrite

A relatively similar question was posted on MMGeeks:

Regarding Windows 7, DirectWrite might support it, but there are, by
default, no Myanmar fonts in Windows 7.

I don't have any information on MyMyanmar; have you tried contacting them?

All the best,
