Hello,
I recognize a few of those fonts:

Myanmar3, Padauk, and Parabaik follow Unicode 5.1 (the standard).
Win Innwa & Win Kalaw are ASCII.
Win Burma is ASCII (but a different encoding than Win Innwa)
Zawgyi-One is partial Unicode (non-standard)
Mya Zedi is partial Unicode (non-standard) and different from Zawgyi-One.

To convert between fonts, you can use:
http://burglish.googlepages.com/fontconv.htm

Also, make sure you have the latest versions of each font. For
example, older versions of Padauk were based on Unicode 4, which is
not standard any more.

Sorry, I don't know about the rest of those fonts.
