Dear President, Secretary and Treasurer,

 

Refer to the submission on Annual Returns.

 

2.         Every year after the Annual General Meeting, Society need to submit Annual Return and Audited Statement of Account (pdf format).  Statement of Accounts showing Income, Expenditure and Balance sheet.

3.         Please submit the following via our online portal : www.ros.gov.sg. (Attached guide for Annual Return submission and verification).

            a)         Annual Return for year  2012, 2013 and 2014.

            b)         Audited Statement of Accounts for year 2012, 2013 and 2014 . Accounts submitted for year 2012 was not signed by auditor. (Attached Accounts Sample).

I just spoke to RoS officer regarding below email and reply as flw:

(1) We need to click on Annual Return for 2012, 2013 and 2014.

(2) Need to sign for 2012 statement.

(3) since we are non-profit organization and no income, thus we need our 2 members to appoint as auditor.

Ko Myo Nyunt Aye will arrange to meet with Ma Htar Aye( Account) with us on Wed (25th,Feb) at 1 Kim Send Promenade #09-07 (Great World City West Office Tower) Singapore 237994. Timing will be given later once K M N Aye cfm with her.

Your kind attendance is highly appreciated.
