You are invited to the following event: Training - Working with Young People from Multicultural Backgrounds Event to be held at the following time, date and location: Thursday, 25 June 2015 from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM (AEST) GWS Giants Learning Life Centre Shirley Strickland Ave Sydney Olympic Park, NSW 2127 Australia View Map Attend Event Share:   Due to overwhelming demand, MYAN NSW is offering another opportunity to attend our popular one-day workshop. This one day training is for workers whose roles involve working with people from refugee and migrant backgrounds.The workshop will explore the challenges and issues effecting multicultural young people, and help workers to understand and address these issues. Participants will develop greater awareness and confidence, in order to develop programs and services that support the needs of all young. Unfortunately due to funding constraints we are unable to offeer this training free of charge to staff of government departments or funded organisatioons, however we have reserved four FREE places for volunteers from unfunded community organisations and groups.
