Is this book a scam? It sounds too good to be true lol

I was searching google today for acne cures and came across this site:

I've read the claims on these books and they seem great... Same with
the reviews.. Flawless..

Just wanted to know if anyone else has purchased any of these books
before I buy.. If anyone has purchased these, what do you think?

Are the reviews as good as they sound? Acne completely gone in 3 days?
