The pearls of knowledge is April 22nd Layla, not the 21st. It's good over all mashaAllah. I'm doing to add something extra to pok for this Friday, I'll let you guys know by the weekend inshaAllah.

I did not want to publicly announce the itikaf. Since its overnight we have to be careful who we allow to attend we dont want it to be spoiled by young boys that will not listen. this is what Rami and Mathil agreed to. I personally agree since they will be the ones supervising.

Assalamualikum wa'rahmatullahi wa'barakatuhu.

I mentioned before that I want to have something special this Friday because it's spring break. It can be titled, "pearls of knowledge: spring break edition".

I was thinking that we could introduce the youth lounge and the mas youth website the marketting teams has been working on. I know br rami speaks to both the guys and girls, but this Friday I Want him to only address the guys only and have kind of a 'guys talk'. And we can have ahlam and Layla do a lecture (not dialogue bc we have that earlier Friday) with the girls.

This is how I see it play out:

It starts on the 3rd flr like usual but the first thing we do is let the guys go to the 2nd flr to the longue to check it out and see the common hours. When they come back and are seated, we take the sisters to the longue and have the talk there. We can distribute the food on each flr as well. 

What do you think?

actually I kinda think that we should introduce the grls t the lounge during the youth group

 

& have pearls of knwledge regularly

 

I dont like disrupting the program a lot, the youth shoud get used to routine.....or else they get disinterested/...

 

I dunno, any other opinions?

i def think we shuld introduce the blogs and stuff but other than that keep pok the same. for the lounges- the brs have the one on the 3rd flr and the srs have the one on the 2nd flr.

Ok, so we'll keep the style of POK same insha'Allah. We can introduce the lounge for the girls before POK and the guys can see their space after POK. We can present the blog when POK starts then. Sounds good?
