ASalamu alaikom wa rahmatullah wa barakato,
This is a breakdown of things needed to be done before the event tomorrow inshaAllah. This is for those interested and to show you the importance of needing everything to be on time and the need for volunteers. Everyone volunteering should be at the center no later than 4:30 and should be wearing black (bottoms) and white (tops).

Please renew your intentions and be prepared to help out inshaAllah.

Fold brochures

Registration tables- 2 set up, sheets, tickets, boxes for money, Table cloths, 2 ppl at each table at a time

Chandelier decorations,

balloons picked up by 3-5 ppl (including 2 older girls)

Arch at door & three bunches down the middle of the aisle

Speakers' table-one baby blue table cloth w/ green, 2 vases on each side w/ silver ball things & Christmas lights along the green semi circle

Speakers-picked up @ 4:30
Mics, laptop, & set up- need two brothers to help
(4 mics & hopefully something wireless)
Make sure videos are ready and on laptop*

Pick up cakes @4:15

Pick up food & drop off deposit @ 4:30

Print out program & bios

Bring drinks to fridge @ 4:30, bring up all utensils needed
