Good day all,

I'm new to MLO Android, just using desktop application for a short while.

In order to sync without paying for cloud, I found I have to also purchase PRO for Android.

My question is, does buying PRO let me set it up on both my mobile phone and tablet? Or do I have to buy one licence for each of these devices?

Thanks!

I'm not canonical but as I recall you can install to at least 3, and I think 5, of each device type you pay for. Of course the assumption here is that the tablet isn't an iPad ;-)

Hi Daniel.

While not pretending I know the actual terms, I do know I've got it on a desktop, 2 laptops, Android phone and 2 tablets with no problem.

I just want to point out that it is not true--you do not have to pay for cloud if you simply use what they call "WiFi Syncronization" (see Options in the Windows version). It is easy for me, but I admit the cloud sync is more automated. WiFi sync works for me, knowing it's requirements and remembering to sync when I need it. Leaves me in control. It is specifically for when I have one computer and one phone to keep my tasks in sync.

Certainly, for some it might be worth ongoing cost for cloud whether they don't understand IP networks or don't want to decide when to sync, but it was certainly worth learning even if I do use cloud sometimes. I prefer this kind of sync for security reasons.

Hmm, I might have mis-spoke because I forgot that while I don't have to pay for cloud, I probably did happen to pay for the pro version on Android but forgot I wasn't using the free one.
