starting with the left hand sidebar saying "views" at t he top and showing a list of view titles
1. click on someview. Notice there is a highlight bar under the view name.
2. click and hold on the view name. Be sure you are on the name itself and not the highlight bar
3. continue holding while you drag the view name to the group where you want it
4. release the click to drop the view name into the new group
5. look for a pop up window that says "Do you really want to rearrange the views using drag&drop" with a button that says "yes, allow drag & drop for some time". click on the button

you are done, the view is moved. if you move another one soon you will not get another popup.
you can use this same procedure to re-order the views within a group or to move a group within the list of groups.
