When I reopen MLO by hotkey or by clicking system tray,
it always NOT maximized windows,
so I have to maximize it manually every times :(

I've had this problem for almost a year, I set the save window location but, it didn't take effect!

Same thing here. It is very annoying. It came with one of the update. The major 6.x one if I remember.

Yes, this affects the use very much. It seems like a small detail that is innocuous, but in fact it is very annoying because it is encountered every time it is used.

This seems like the kind of thing that if it changed it would bring out another vocal minority with the opposite position.  You may try utilizing an AHK (AutoHotKey) script to get the exact behavior you desire.  AHK is an incredible tool and productivity boost.

Right clip MLO icon on the task bar.

Right click MLO from the pop-up menu.

Left click Properties and select Run Maximised.

Works here for me.

dti...@gmail.com : I do not agree. We're not talking about a MLO specific feature. It is simply that for some reason, for a while now, MLO seems to be by-passing or overwriting a usual Windows behaviour making that if a window is closed will re-open with the last state. (MLO Pro 6.0.5)

Adrian: I was hoping that would work but it did not in my case. Thanks.

Thank you, Meanwhile, Obviously what we are talking about is not a same problem.

What you provided is a solution to how to maximize the current window in Windows system. It is a common sense.

What we are feeding back to MLO is a flaw in the MLO quick startup function for many years.

If you  try:

Menu --> Tools --> Options --> General Application Options --> Behaviour --> Shortcut --> Key shortcut to open MyLifeOrganized

you will find that every time you use this shortcut to quickly show and hide the MLO window,
no matter whether you have maximized the window or not,
when this shortcut opens the MLO window again,
the window will not be maximized.

This is very important for us who use MLO frequently,
this is a very bad experience.
