Custom Views Different in Ouline and ToDo

When I set up filters to create a custom view in outline, the views are not the same in Todo.  So I have to double all the work I did.  Why?

Thanks for your message. I’m not sure I fully understand the issue yet. Could you please clarify a bit? Specifically, it would be helpful to know what you were trying to achieve and what you did. Please provide screenshots, if possible. Thank you.
