In principle you are right.
However – in Charkiw there is war currently…..
IMHO this justifies a bit of patience.

It's not *that* niche. A quick search shows that WearOS has 20% of the smartwatch market.
But that's a massive market that is only getting larger.
Also my guess would be MLO might be more weighted towards Android users, and that's the percentage that would really matter in this case.
A limited API that'd just expose the functions needed for a smartwatch app would be awesome, and also allow other niches to possibly be covered like a command-line client or IFTTT and other services like that.
In any case thanks so much for the developer(s) who continue to carry on in Ukraine!
