Rapid Task Entry to deeper levels

I recently discovered one can set the branch for rapid data entry to
anywhere in the outline. The pick list only shows top level items.
Drag the destination folder to the top level, and select it for rapid
data entry. Then move it back to where it was. New tasks will go to
the designated branch.
