Open meeting of Tuesday June 10, 2025

Pursuant to Governor Healey’s March 28, 2025 signing of Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2025 extending certain COVID-19 measures adopted during the State of Emergency suspending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, § 20 until June 30, 2027 this meeting of the Chatham Board of Assessors is being conducted in person.

Minutes May 13, 2025 Open & Executive Sessions Approve and Release

Re-organziation of Board Members

EXECUTIVE SESSION - MGL Chapter 30A Section 21a #7 and MGL Chapter 59 Section 60
The Board of Assessors will vote to go into Executive Session which will enter into under MGL Chapter 30A Section 21a #7 and to comply with MGL Chapter 59 Section 60 to review and approve abatements, exemptions and other related business. The Board will exit executive session and not return to open meeting.
