Pursuant to Governor Healey’s March 28, 2025 signing of Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2025 extending certain COVID-19 measures adopted during the State of Emergency suspending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, § 20 until June 30, 2027 this meeting of the Chatham Affordable Housing Trust Fund Board of Trustees is being conducted in person and via remote participation.

2. Statement of Purpose:
The purpose of the Affordable Housing Trust under Chapter 44, Section 55C of the Massachusetts General Laws is to “provide for the creation and preservation of affordable housing for the benefit of low- and moderate-income households and for the funding of community housing.”
MGL ch 44 sect 55C was accepted by the 2006 Annual Town Meeting, creating and enabling the Chatham Affordable Housing Trust.
