Application No. 25-077: Pennrose, LLC, 15 Milk Street, 16th Floor, Boston, MA 02109. The properties are located at 0 Meetinghouse Road, also shown on the Town of Chatham’s Assessors’ Map 4E Block 11A Lot AB, owned by the Town of Chatham, and 87 Meetinghouse Road, also shown on the Town of Chatham’s Assessors’ Map 4E Block 12 Lot 23, owned by Corey Baker.
