Application No. 25-077: Pennrose, LLC, 15 Milk Street, 16th Floor, Boston, MA 02109. The property is owned by the Town of Chatham, located at 0 Meetinghouse Road, also shown on the Town of Chatham’s Assessors’ Map 4E Block 11A Lot AB. The Applicants are requesting the grant of a Comprehensive Permit under M.G.L. Chapter 40B, Sections 20-23 and 760 CMR 56.00, for the construction of forty-two (42) dwelling units in eight (8) structures. The Applicants are requesting the grant of various waivers from regulations promulgated by the Chatham Zoning Bylaw and other local regulations.
