7:15 PM – 373 Main Street Development, LLC “The Residences at Pond Meadow”, Chapter 40B Comprehensive Permit, for the construction of 84 condominium units on 12.2 acres of land (cont’d from 6/17/26) The applicant has requested to continue the public hearing until August 19, 2026.
