PUBLIC HEARINGS:
• 7:15 p.m. – 90, 92, 96, 100, & 100R Pond Street- modification of a previously approved Site Plan and Stormwater Management Permit for the proposed construction of a large-scale, ground-mounted solar photovoltaic system, including installation of battery storage, equipment pads, electrical service infrastructure and stormwater management facilities. • 7:30 p.m. - 33 Pond Street/Pond Street Recreation Complex – Site plan approval for construction of pickleball courts and ADA improvements (cont’d from 4/14/26)
• 7:45 p.m. – Public Hearing for proposed amendments to “Rules and Regulations for Subdivision of Land and Site Plan Approval” -update Planning Board Fee Schedule
• 8:00 p.m. – Off River Road/Leland Wild Foundation – Site Plan, Special Permit & Scenic Road Act Hearing for construction of nature center, including access drive, parking areas and rain gardens
