In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 20, notice is hereby given that the Board of Assessors will meet on May 17, 2023 at 5:15p.m.,in Room 130, One Liberty Lane, Norfolk, MA. If there are more attendees than R-130 can accommodate, this meeting will be moved to R-124.

- Review & Sign Meeting minutes from April 2023
- Review & Sign Monthly Motor Vehicle Excise Report for April 2023
- Review and Sign Schedule of Uncollectible Excises G.L. Ch.60A Sec. 7 and 8 for Calendar Years 2004-2015 as requested by Treasurer/Collector.
- Review and Sign Schedule of Uncollectible PP taxes G.L. Ch 59 Sec. 71 for Fiscal Years 2008-2009 and 2011-2023 as requested by Treasurer/Collector.
- Review & Sign signature approval letter for Gateway

Enter Executive Session under MGL 30a, Sec. 21(a) 7 and MGL 214, Sec 1B to comply with or act under the authority of MGL c59, Sec 60.

- Review & Sign Executive Meeting minutes from April 2023

Reconvene in open session
- Discuss date for next month’s meeting
