• Approve the minutes for the Selectmen’s May 2, 2022, Open Meeting.
• Ratify the request for a line item transfer from Blanket Insurance to Town Property to cover repairs to the Town Hall HVAC system.
• Vote to accept the resignation of Susan Elliott from the Essex Housing Authority.
• Sign letter of support for dialysis transportation service grant that CATA is seeking.
• Consider process and schedule for interviewing Board of Public Works candidates.
• Consider generally whether the spouse of a retiree should be allowed to re-enroll in the Town’s health insurance plan if that person goes off of the Town’s plan for a period of time.
• Sign the renewal paperwork for the Town’s Police and Fire Accident insurance policy.
• Consider whether the Town should extend the ability to join its health insurance program to elected officials of the Town at 100% of the current premium, including discussion regarding which elected officials, if any, should be extended such privilege.
• Consider a request to maintain a metal pin in the new Conomo Point Seawall to allow an historic in-haul/out-haul mooring to be re-established after the pin in the old seawall was removed for the project. Requestor is Cottage Park Realty.
• Consider whether to hold a hearing at some future date with respect to two commercial shellfish permit applications for Denis and Labe Kuca (listed below in the licensing section) since these individuals were recently cited for allegedly digging soft shell clams for commercial purposes without the requisite local license from the Board of Selectmen.
• Sign paperwork to receive $30,000 ARPA Spending Bill Earmark to be used for the planning, design, and construction of coastal resilience and waterways projects.
• Review correspondence from National Grid with respect to the Beverly Regional Transmission Reliability Project and consider offering a letter of support.
• Approval and Execution of Deed transferring 5 Cogswell Road at Conomo Point from the Town of Essex (presently occupied by Jean Appeltofft via installment sale from the Town) to Zach Zachary Appeltofft.
• Potentially vote to reorganize the Board.
• Items that could not be reasonably anticipated by the Open Meeting Law posting deadline.
