e. Highway Dept request to use LPA hours for CMRPC to prepare a draft agreement for Mutual aid with Spencer Highway Dept.
f. Open to public requests based on time of arrival to meeting.

a. Pond View Heights - Discuss status of subdivision and start of repairs.
b. Adams Road Asphalt plant – Discuss status of site work.
