Playground Committee Meeting Agenda December 9, 2025

1) Call Meeting to Order- 6:30PM
2) Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes (11/17/25)
3) New Business
a) Review and discuss the current town playground inspection audit conducted on 11/20/25 by J.P. LaRue, INC.
b) Start putting together a budget and project plan for the updates that are required from the audit.
c) Discuss the future meeting with East Brookfield Planning Board to get their approval to move forward with working with CMRPC to apply for the Land Conservation Assistance Grant Program in order to update East Brookfield’s Open Space and Recreation Plan. Virtual information Session on 1/21/26 11am-12NOON.
d) Briefly review and discuss new playground design quotes from UltiPlay, O’Brien and Sons, and Premier Park and Play.
