C. Old Business a. Community Input Survey b. Where should we put these for community access? i. Library and any other suggestions? D. New Business a. Go through all grant applications b. Total amount for grants in FY 2026 - $5,706.00 i. Discussions on each grant application ii. E.B. L.C.C. Focus is on the library, local schools, Summer Concert Series, Independence Day Celebration and the Senior Center c. Vote on approvals/non approvals i. Were able to give out grants to ______ applicants d. Discuss letters to be sent i. Denial letters will be sent out the first/second week in December through the Smart Simple program 1. The grant applicants have 15 days to send in an appeal ii. Approval letters will be sent out at the end of December/ beginning of January.
