Recap action to date
1) $60,000 article passed at 2023 Annual Town Meeting
2) Requested by Highway Superintendent at our first meeting "The Cemetery Paving Committee is responsible to develop a detailed scope of work as a basis for the bid process"
3) The Preservation and Management Plan will be followed (See pages 16,17,29)
4) The roads will be chip sealed.
5) Conservation: Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) and Determination of Applicability (DOA) from August/September 2023

Decide who else should receive copies of our mins (Historical Commission, Cemetery Commission, Town Administrator, Conservation Commission, Select Board)

Scope of work to include:
1) Prioritize roads to pave. (This may change once bids are received)
2) Where each road starts and finishes
3) Road width
4) Type and color of chip stone
5) Should the East-West road on the South side of the cemetery be considered (Cemetery Commission decision ?)
6) Conservation Commission permitting and potential work required particularly if East-West road will be considered.
7) Who will be responsible for landscaping

Timing to complete this project recognizing that the Highway Department has lots of projects now.

Decide when the Cemetery Paving Committee responsibilities end.

Create and share digital copy of Cemetery Preservation and Management Plan.
