Meeting called to order for Wednesday, July 9, 2025

Review, edit, approve minutes from Wednesday, May 28, 2025.

Motion to ratify vouchers submitted for payment by voted in favor:
Library Payroll vouchers for Book vouchers for FY25 05/28/25, 6/5/25, 6/19, 6/30 and FY26, 7/3.
Expense vouchers for FY25 05/28/25, 6/5/25, 6/19, 6/30 and FY26, 7/3.
Utilities vouchers for FY25 05/28/25, 6/5/25, 6/19, 6/30 and FY26, 7/3.
18 Common Street vouchers for FY25 05/28/25, 6/5/25, 6/19, 6/30 and FY26, 7/3.


Review Design Plans for ADA improvements to 18 Common Street. The design plan includes lowering the barn floor, so the interior first floor is on one level. A complete review will be during the walk through. Currently there is a 7” + step up/down, into the barn to the woodroom. (New names for the spaces should be recommended and approved.)

The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 10 at 6:30 p.m. Brenda will be in Texas on Sept. 3.
Motion to made a motion to adjourn the meeting at all voted in favor.
