OPEN MEETING: Meeting called to order for Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at (6:00) p.m.


Review, edit, approve minutes from Wednesday, May 6, 2026.
Motion to approve the minutes made by, 2nd by , all voted in favor.

Motion to ratify vouchers submitted for payment by SB, 2nd by RM voted in favor:
Library Payroll vouchers for FY26, WK 24and WK 25 (6/3/2026).
Book vouchers for FY26, WK 24and WK 25 (6/3/2026).
Expense vouchers for FY26, WK 24and WK 25 (6/3/2026).
Utilities and expense vouchers for 18 Common Street for FY26, WK 24and WK 25 (6/3/2026).

FY27 Budget was discussed and refined language on Brenda’s contract regarding Longevity. Clause #15 has been removed from her contract and the $1500 was added to the Salary. The Longevity has been removed from all town departments.

Brenda will report progress on 18 Common Street.
Insulation discussion is ongoing and will be completed before the flooring is installed by Caron’s of East Brookfield.
Work progress is focused on cleaning barn and basement under barn.

Interviews took place and Hedda Montague was hired to replace Julian’s position. Brenda is working on a Senior Library Assistant position for one of the candidates to replace Samantha.

Contract signing.
Edits are complete regarding Longevity and responsibilities for FELTON HOUSE.

VII. The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at 6:00 pm unless otherwise voted to not hold summer meeting, July and August (a Trustee vote) and resume meetings on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. Motion by , 2nd by, all voted in favor.
