EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Board will enter an executive session under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30A, Section 21 (a) 3 to discuss strategy with respect to litigation (Michelle T. Busconi, Trustee of the Berlin Realty Land Trust, Vs. Town of Berlin Conservation Commission).

The Board will enter into executive session under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30A, Section 21(a)(6) to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real estate, because the Chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body (River Run parcels), and the Board will not return to open session.
