CALL TO ORDER

EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Board will enter into executive session under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30A, Section 21(a)(3) to discuss strategy with respect to the litigation and defense of a complaint filed with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination as an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigation negotiating position of the public body, and the Chair so declares. At the end of the executive session, the Board will reconvene in open session.
