Discuss/Vote to transfer the care, custody, and control of the Powderhouse Hill property to the Conservation Commission pursuant to Article 21 of the 2023 Annual Town meeting vote.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Board will enter an executive session under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30A, Section 21 (a)(3) to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or position of the public body and the chair so declares. (Highway Union).
