TOWN OF BERLIN CABLE TELEVISION
LICENSE RENEWAL HEARING

The Berlin Select Board as cable television licensing authority under MGL 166A, s. 1, will hold a public cable license renewal hearing on April 27, 2026 at 6:30 pm as part of the Town’s cable television license renewal process concerning the proposed non-exclusive cable television renewal license for Spectrum Northeast, LLC (also known as Charter Communications). The purpose of the proceeding is to accept public comments on, formally consider, and possibly take final action, including possible approval of the proposed final Berlin Spectrum cable license. Interested persons may attend and participate in person, at Berlin Town Offices, Room 227, 23 Linden Street, Berlin, MA 01503, and may also attend and participate remotely through a Zoom or telephone as follows:
