Agenda:
This meeting is intended to serve as a coordination meeting between Weston & Sampson, National Grid, and the Town.

Topics to include:
- Debrief and next actions following joint meeting discussing Fall 2026 Green Communities Grant for Berlin Memorial School.
- Discussion on how to proceed with lighting upgrades at the Library. Incentives expire in October. We would need to appropriate $6197 ($4117 after incentives).
-Further Discussion on Regional School District Decarbonization Grant Opportunity
-Open round table for NGrid and Weston & Sampson to seek and offer guidance.
-Discussion of Town Administrator Transition.
-Begin the process of bringing W&S into the municipal aggregation bid process. We expect to go out to bid for indicative pricing in the late-summer early fall.

Although no specific votes are scheduled due to the nature of the discussion guidance may be given to our partners.
