8.) Discussion and possible recommendation of amount of free cash for stabilization account.
9.) Discussion and possible recommendation of the bonding of the Town Accountant and any other town official who should be bonded.
10.) Discussion and possible recommendation to the Select Board regarding use of comparable town data.
11.) Review and possible recommendation of the year end FY2025 BvA. Discussion of how come numbers allocated have been changed? Why was money moved? Is this done every year? What is the policy for department transfers?
12.) Discussion and recommendations of July, 2025 and August, 2025 BvAs if available.
13.) Discussion and possible recommendations to the Select Board concerning creation of a preferred vendor list. Follow up of previous motion to create a draft letter to go to the Select Board to create a preferred vendor list for purchasing.

Discussion and possible recommendation of request / presentation by Jackie Prime of the Senior Services Department for an earmark from State Representative Jonathan Zlotnik for $40,925 to fund a vehicle shelter and to fund 175 floating hours for staff plus possible request for an additional earmark for a kitchen manager for the new Senior Center kitchen.
