The Light Commission will be entering into Executive Session pursuant to MGL Ch 30A Sec 21 Exemption 2 to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with non-union personnel AND Exemption 10 to discuss trade secrets or confidential, competitively sensitive or other proprietary information provided in the course of activities as a municipal light commission operating as an energy supplier under a license granted by the department of public utilities pursuant to Section 1F of Ch 164 when such municipal light commission determines that such disclosure will adversely affect its ability to conduct business in relation to other entities making, selling or distributing electric power and energy. The Light Commission will re-convene in Regular Session following Executive Session only for the purpose of Adjournment.
