There will be a combined meeting of the Montachusett Economic Development District (MEDD), Montachusett Region Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (MRCEDS) Committee, and Montachusett Brownfields Group (MBG) held at 3:00 p.m., on Tuesday, August 11, 2026.

MRPC BROWNFIELDS GROUP Agenda
1. Updates and funding commitments for seen previously approved sites (see following page). Information.
2. Action Items. Consideration for the use of the EPA-MRPC Brownfields Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) grant funds for the completion of Phase One ESAs for:
a. 17 State Road, Baldwinville, 01436 (Town of Templeton)
i. Former Woodskill, Inc. (wood clock manufacturer), Est. $7,200
b. 25 Central Street, Baldwinville, 01436 (Town of Templeton)
i. Former gas and automotive repair station, known locally as Morlock’s Garage and later Valliere’s Garage, Est. $5,900
3. Provision of EPA Brownfields program technical assistance to meeting attendees from US EPA and MRPC representatives, and others as needed. Information.
