Agenda:
Monthly Meeting of the Templeton Conservation Commission (August 2026)

1. Review of Meeting Minutes from 7/20/26.
2. RDA - 987 Patriots Road for a septic replacement in the BZ. The request is to determine whether the area depicted in the application is subject to jurisdiction of the WPA.
3. RDA continued - Baldwinville Road (Map/Parcel 5-06-44). The request is to determine whether the area depicted on the plans is subject to jurisdiction of the WPA, and, to determine whether the boundaries of resource area(s) depicted on the plan are accurately delineated.
4. Agent updates.
(a) Drought Status.
(b) 2 New Forest Cutting Plans. Otter River Road, Parcel 4-09-23.1 (located next to Rt 2 overpass) and Patriots Road, Parcel 4-09-24 (landlocked next to Rt 2.)
(c) There is one open seat available on the Commission. Volunteer Interest forms should be submitted to the Agent by the end of August for consideration.
5. Next meeting Monday September 21st, 2026 @ 6:30 PM. Choose October meeting date.
