The Water Commission will be entering into Executive Session pursuant to MGL Ch 30A Sec 21 to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an Open Session may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the Water Plant and the Chair so declares. The Water Commission will re-convene in Open Session following Executive Session only to Adjourn.
