Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, §21(a)(3), to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining for the Town’s municipal unions (NEBPA Local 58 (Police), AFL-CIO, CLC, Local 4569 (Fire), SEIU Local 888 (Clerical), SEIU Local 888 (Maintenance), and to discuss the fiscal impacts of school collective bargaining (Orange Elementary Teachers Association - Educational Support Personnel Group (School), as an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the Town’s bargaining position, and the chair so declares.
