Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, §21(a)(3), to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining for the Town’s municipal unions (NEBPA Local 58 (Police) and SEIU Local 888 (Clerical), as an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the Town’s bargaining position, and the chair so declares.

Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. c.30A, Sec. 21(a)(2) To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with non-union personnel, Timothy Matthews.
