II. EXECUTIVE SESSION

• 5:00 - Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, §21(a)(3), to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining for the Town’s municipal unions (NEBPA Local 58 (Police), as an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the Town’s bargaining position, and the chair so declares.

• 5:15 - Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, §21(a)(3), to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining for the Town’s municipal unions (NEBPA Local 58 (Police), AFL-CIO, CLC, Local 4569 (Fire), SEIU Local 888 (Clerical), SEIU Local 888 (Maintenance), and to discuss the fiscal impacts of school collective bargaining (Orange Elementary Teachers Association - Educational Support Personnel Group (School), as an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the Town’s bargaining position, and the chair so declares.
