General Laws, and under Sections 5134 and 6130 of the Orange Zoning Bylaws, the Planning Board will hold a virtual Public Hearing, Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 6:30 pm regarding 2 Special Permits for application for property at 85 East Main Street, Orange, MA 01364 (Map 107, Lot 124) in Zone B (previously A(c)) by applicant Michael LeBlanc, 85 East Main St, Orange, MA 01364, who is also the property owner of the same address. The application is for: auto sales establishment. Special permits are for 1) less than a 20-foot setback from a street right-of-way for off-street parking, 2) sales, service, or rentals of motor vehicles in the Business (B) zoning district.
