III. Subscriber Reports & Comcast Performance Items
a. Baldwin Hill Rd – A TV antenna signal amplifier has been replaced. This should close all outstanding issues.
b. Valentine Rd & Athol Rd – Power has been provided to the newly built Athol Rd dwelling; cable service issue not yet visible. The Valentine Rd residence is occupied and there is a Starlink antenna on the roof. The Valentine Rd residence does not meet the density requirement. There have been no requests for support from either residents yet.
c. East Rd – Update on suspected router issue.
IV. PEG Update
a. Up-Front Capital loan repayment status.
b. PEG Programming & Town YouTube Channel
- Link to HUDL livestream recording of NRSD 2025 graduation ceremony added to Town slides.
- Community Preservation Commission (CPC) Meeting recorded and posted.
c. PEG Signal Quality – Signal Quality is OK but remains “Standard Definition.”
V. Broadband – Digital Access, Digital Equity & Internet Related Items
a. Digital Equity Initiative Grant - Waiting on MBI to approve and generate a contract.
b. Tech Tuesdays – Two more sessions held in September; two more scheduled for October.
