a. Continuation - Notice of Intent submitted by Pete Lyman, 81 Wellesley Street, Athol, MA for a project proposing the construction of a bridge over an intermittent stream. The bridge will be placed on concrete blocks as the bridge abutments. The bridge crossing exceeds the stream crossing standards at 81 Wellesley Street, Athol, MA 01331, Assessors Map 25, Lot 65.
b. Continuation - Notice of Intent submitted by Jonathan Calcerrada Mendez, 4 South Athol, Athol, MA for a project proposing the construction of a single-family home at Lot 97 Petersham Road, Athol, MA 01331, Assessors Map 46, Lot 97.
c. Continuation - Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by Wayne Costa, 1010 S. Athol Road, Athol, MA 01331 for a project proposing the construction of a 20x30 metal building on a concrete pad at 1010 S. Athol Road, Athol, MA Assessors Map 00020, Lot 00050.
d. e. The Athol Conservation Commission will hold a Public Meeting on a Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by Byron Mallet, 923 Carpenter Road, Athol, MA 01331 for a project proposing that the existing 4 bedroom single family house be razed and a new 4 bedroom single family house to be constructed and a new septic system and well at 923 Carpenter Road, Athol, MA, Assessors Map 52, Lot 21.
